These terms and conditions apply to all services, content, and features of the 3330 entertainment platform operating in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users.
To open an account on the 3330 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each user may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited. Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility and you should never share your password with anyone.
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential and to prevent unauthorized access. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including access by third parties. 3330 will never ask for your password or sensitive information via email or message. If you receive any suspicious communication, please immediately at the Help Center Report.
All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must comply with the designated methods and limits. Deposited funds do not earn interest and cannot be transferred to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing may take a certain amount of time and payments may be delayed until the verification process is complete. If suspicious financial activity is detected, 3330 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account.
Fraud, hacking, bot usage, or any form of dishonest activity is strictly prohibited on the platform. Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to mislead other users is not allowed. Unauthorized modification of the platform's software or systems is strictly forbidden. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities is a criminal offense and such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure.
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the 3330 platform are the exclusive property of 3330. No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Users are solely responsible for any content they upload to the platform. Uploading content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights is prohibited. 3330 reserves the right to remove any offensive or non-compliant content.
3330 shall be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform within the maximum limits permitted by law. 3330 is not responsible for damages caused by technical errors, server downtime, or third-party service failures. Users use the platform at their own risk and should consider their financial means before participating in entertainment activities. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. Both parties will attempt to resolve issues through discussion before taking legal action. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. 3330 reserves the right to make the final interpretation of these terms.
